By accessing or using WipeCert (“the Service”), operated by AceIt Technologies LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using WipeCert on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use WipeCert.
WipeCert is a SaaS platform that provides data erasure management, certificate generation, team administration, and compliance reporting tools. We offer a free trial and paid subscription tiers. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@wipecert.com.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization, share login credentials with individuals not covered by your seat count, or create accounts using automated methods.
Free trials include 2 wipes and require no credit card. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed at wipecert.com/pricing and may change with 30 days’ notice.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you will not receive a refund for unused time.
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to WipeCert, including device records and wipe results. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that data erasure operations you initiate are performed on devices you have authorization to wipe. WipeCert generates certificates based on the data reported by the erasure agent and does not independently verify device ownership or chain of custody.
WipeCert certificates reflect the erasure process as reported by our software agent. While certificates are designed to align with industry standards (NIST 800-88, DoD 5220.22-M, etc.), AceIt Technologies LLC makes no warranty that certificates will satisfy any specific regulatory, contractual, or audit requirement applicable to your business.
You are responsible for determining whether WipeCert meets your compliance obligations.
WipeCert and all associated software, content, trademarks, and logos are owned byAceIt Technologies LLC or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not use the WipeCert name, logo, or marks without our prior written consent.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceIt Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AceIt Technologies LLCand its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We will make your data available for export for 30 days post-termination, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
