Do my clients need a WipeCert account?
No. You manage wipes on behalf of your clients. Certificates carry your branding and are delivered directly to your clients.
How do I bill my clients?
However you like. You pay WipeCert the plan price and charge your clients whatever you decide per device. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract.
Can I integrate WipeCert into my existing tools?
Yes. The WipeCert REST API supports webhook delivery on wipe completion, which you can use to auto-close tickets, update asset records, and attach certificates in your existing systems.
What if a client needs a compliance standard I don't see listed?
WipeCert supports NIST 800-88 (Clear, Purge, Destroy), DoD 5220.22-M, IEEE 2883, ATA Secure Erase, and NVMe Sanitize. If your client has a specific requirement, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether it is supported.
